BALLET PRE-POINTE
Introduction to the fundamental principles of classical Ballet technique. Ballet Technique focuses on building the strength, flexibility and control needed to execute ballet moves. Each class will emphasize barre exercises and may also include a combination of center floor work and across-the-floor combinations.

S.W.E.A.T. PARTY
An upbeat aerobics class that is sure to get your body moving. A great workout for all levels, this class combines cardiovascular training and toning exercises for a total body workout.

AFRO-CARIBBEAN
With music from today’s Caribbean sounds, you’ll be swaying to the rhythms and building strength, agility and indulging in the sensuality that makes Afro-Caribbean dance so special. Fast footwork, body isolation, rhythmic swaying, and a complete body workout.

MODERN TECHNIQUE
Modern dance technique to fortify, stretch, and strengthen the human body. Students will learn to manipulate their bodies into laterals and angular turns as they work their way across the floor.

AFRICAN DANCE
Accompanied by live/pre-recorded drumming, this class brings together body, mind, and spirit in an energetic union of the music, dance, and oral tradition of the people of West Africa. All levels welcome.

PRAISE DANCE
Worship that seeks to articulate the word and spirit of God through the body. This class is for those who want to learn how to praise dance using basic dance skill movements and innovative dance routines from gospel music.

BALLET I
Ballet Technique focuses on building the strength, flexibility and control needed to execute ballet moves. Each class will emphasize barre exercises and may also include a combination of center floor work and across-the-floor combinations.

HIP-HOP I
Fuses classic party moves, locking drills, and basic breaking combos with a touch of new school hip hop. Discover new ways to control & release movements for both precision & fluidity. This class is open to all and levels.

LEAPS, JUMPS, & TURNS
Learn how to condition your body to be able to sustain leaps, jumps, and turns.

BALLET II
Ballet Technique focuses on building the strength, flexibility and control needed to execute ballet moves. Each class will emphasize barre exercises and may also include a combination of center floor work and across-the-floor combinations.

THEATRE ARTS
Students will be introduced to the basic concepts of theatre arts. Students will use various creative drama techniques to build confidence and trust, stimulate imagination, movement, and role-play. Through theatre games and activities students will learn to lose inhibitions and will gain trust in themselves as well as others in their groups. Students will learn and use drama and theatre vocabulary in class discussions and the activities will specifically address the promotion and reinforcement of students' literacy skills.

TINY STEPS
A creative mixture of African, Ballet, Hip Hop, and Latin dances exposing children from the age of three to various forms of the performing arts. Classes include mask- and costume-making classes. Ages 3-5.

RISING STARS
A creative mixture of African, Ballet, Hip Hop, and Latin dances for children between 5 and 7 years old.
